Misagh's background spans public accounting, assurance, financial reporting, controllership and corporate finance. His experience includes work in established public-accounting environments as well as senior finance roles in private and publicly listed organizations. That combination brings both an auditor's discipline and an operator's understanding of how financial information is used inside a business.

An audit provides reasonable assurance that the financial statements are free from material misstatement, based on evidence and an understanding of internal controls. A review provides limited assurance, mainly through inquiry and analytical procedures. A compilation provides no assurance: management's information is compiled into financial statements with a compilation engagement report. The right level depends on who will rely on the statements.
Yes. Most engagements run through the client portal, video calls and phone. In-person meetings are available by appointment.
Yes. We serve clients across Greater Montréal and Québec, and remote engagements make location secondary.
Fees depend on the scope, complexity and condition of the records. We confirm the scope and the fee before the engagement begins, so there are no surprises.
Through the client portal, where documents and engagement communication are kept out of ordinary email. We do not ask for tax documents or identification numbers by regular email.
