Common questions

General information, not advice for your situation. Rules and deadlines can change; we confirm what applies to you.

When is a corporate return due?

Federal (T2) and Quebec (CO-17) corporate returns are due six months after your fiscal year-end. Any tax owing is usually due earlier, two or three months after year-end.

I'm self-employed but not incorporated. Is this for me?

Yes. Self-employment income is reported on your personal return, with a June 15 filing deadline. We help you organize income and expenses so the return is accurate.

Should I incorporate?

It depends on your income, plans and risk. We can walk through the trade-offs with your own numbers before you decide.
